Artemis Little Actors

Drama and Musical Theatre for 4–7yrs

For little actors who aren’t quite old enough for our Junior Theatre Company - we are offer Artemis Little Actors Company! Taught by qualified and very experienced qualified tutors, with trainee teachers and assistants from our old teen theatre company Medusa. Every group of 15 Little actors has at least two qualified experienced leaders!

10.30-12pm each Saturday, £110 a term. Uniform tee shirt £18.

• Madagascar Jr. (Wilde Theatre June 2024/Wilde theatre March 2025, 1 performance on Saturday)

• Junior Showcase July 2025 (1 performance on Sunday)

• Artemis at 18 Festival August 2025

Little Actors Saturday class has a waiting list in place.

Please look at our new Youth Theatre version on a Thurday evening (5.30-7pm) while you wait for a place on the weekend class if you miss out. Youth Theatre does not do shows, but has all the same class fun!

Children aged 4-7, with or without experience. The class is fun, funny, and uses up a lot of energy!

The Little Actors spend 90 minutes with us each week - where they act, sing and dance.

Sometimes they are working towards a show or showcase, and some classes we are working on technique.

Classes are Saturdays 10.30am-12pm term time. Terms are 12 weeks long (in line with schools) and there are three in a year (Sept-July). When there is a school show, there will be additional rehearsals.

The little actors have one qualified tutor and a minimum one trainee tutor working with them every week, per group. There is also a centre manager and pastoral volunteer. There are two groups of 15 children.

In Spring 2024, they performed in Annie Jr. at The Wilde Theatre, and will return to the Wilde Theatre for Spring 2025 with Madagascar Jr.!

Children must be able/emotionally old enough to be away from parents (we have a high tutor:child ratio of staff - so everyone is very safe), we don’t allow mum or dad into class.

Per Term £110

Terms are 12 weeks long, and in line with Bracknell schools usually.

Every new starter has a two week free trial.

A uniform teeshirt is required and costs £18. This is ordered through our school shop.

Fees are due by the second week of term, and can be paid by Debit or Credit Card, BACS, Direct Debit, Childcare Vouchers, Tax Free Childcare Scheme.
